New Dates | Beyond the buzzword: An introduction to trauma informed practice

Join the Compassionate Leeds programme team for a 60- minute session to learn about how Leeds is cultivating a trauma-informed approach to address the impact of trauma and adversity on children, young people & families. 

Why attend? 

Enhance collaboration across sectors by having a shared language & understanding around trauma, adversity and protective factors. 

Discover ways that you can start to implement trauma informed approaches into your practice straight away. Who should join? 

Anyone who works for children, young people and families across the partnership of services in Leeds including health, education, social care and third sector. This may also interest those working across the adults health & care partnership.

The session will run on the following dates and are free to attend:

  • Monday 24 March, 4 pm – 5 pm
  • Friday 25 April, 3 pm – 4 pm
  • Wednesday 7 May, 4 pm – 5 pm
  • Monday 9 June, 1.30 pm – 2.30 pm
  • Thursday 10 July, 4 pm – 5 pm
