The collective voice for the health and care third sector in Leeds
Delivered in partnership by Volition and Leeds Older People’s Forum.
We represent the third sector.
We bring the voice of our members into strategic spaces. We seek to ensure that the diversity and expertise of the third sector is represented and influences decisions which affect people’s health and wellbeing in Leeds.
We work closely with Voluntary Action Leeds, Leeds Community Foundation, Healthwatch Leeds, Leeds City Council and the NHS in Leeds (Leeds ICB (Integrated Care Board)).

Learning Disability
We support voluntary sector organisations that work with and for people with learning disabilities in Leeds, and work together with our members to bring about positive change.
Mental Health
We promote third sector organisations that support people’s mental health and wellbeing in Leeds, by providing information, representation and opportunities across the health and care sectors.
Leeds Older People’s Forum
We support support third sector organisations who work with older people with the aim to make Leeds a city for all ages. Forum Central partner Leeds Older People’s Forum (LOPF) deliver this work.
Physical & Sensory Impairment
We promote third sector organisations that work to improve the lives of disabled people in Leeds, by providing information, representation and opportunities across the health and care sectors.

Men’s Health Unlocked (MHU) is a partnership delivering support in the field of men’s health and wellbeing in Leeds.

Leeds Older People’s Forum deliver Enhance in partnership with Leeds Community Healthcare Trust and Third Sector partners. It supports safe and sustainable discharge from hospital into a safe and secure home environment.

Forum Central ensures there is third sector representation across the key strategic boards across health and care in our region.
Local Care Partnerships
We support joined-up team working across 19 different Leeds neighbourhoods to improve health and care delivery to local people, a requirement set out in the NHS Plan.
Communities of Interest
The Communities of Interest Network (COIN) aims to highlight and address inequalities faced by communities of interest. We work in partnership to support this network of community-based organisations.
