Landsec Futures Grant Applications Now Open

Landsec community grant applications are now open and will be available for local charities to increase funding for challenges specific to local communities. These unrestricted grants of up to £3,000 are designed to support not-for-profit organisations with daily activities.

Each grant available is between £1,000 – £3,000 and is provided as unrestricted funding, meaning that not for profit organisations can use this for anything they need – this could be for a specific project or scheme, equipment or just as a donation towards their running costs.

There are no set types of charities or organisations for the Community Grants – the only main criteria are that they are a not-for-profit organisation, with a turnover of under £1m annually operating within a reasonable distance to a Landsec site (in this case White Rose Shopping Centre).

The opening date for applications is 6 January 2025 and the closing date for applications to be submitted is 10 February 2025 by 5.30 pm.
