New Local call out for examples of innovative community centres

New research project: The future of our shared community assets

New Local is working with the Rayne Trust to deliver research into the role that community centres play in public life: Where People Meet: The future of our shared community assets.

As part of this work, they examine the origins of these spaces and the role they currently play, before setting out an ambitious vision of their future and the contribution they could make to the regeneration of our places.

They are on the look out for examples of innovative community centres (physical, multi-functional spaces open to a broad range of users) that are making a difference locally.

Please get in touch by emailing ssimpson@newlocal.org.uk if you know of one that is worth shouting about.
