‘Equality is everyone’s right and everyone’s responsibility’. This training promotes the requirements of the Equality Act 2010. This half-day awareness session will strengthen your understanding of Equality & Diversity.

Course Aims

  • Discuss definitions of equality & diversity
  • Examine key principles of anti-discrimination legislation
  • Investigate the impact of discrimination on a person
  • Establish a shared understanding of The Equality Act 2010
