Solace Audit Tool: Mapping Mental Health Support for Refugees and Asylum Seekers

Solace has launched a new audit tool to help map mental health services for refugees and asylum seekers across the region. This self-assessment questionnaire is designed to build on the March 2024 guidance from the North East Yorkshire and Humber Migrant Health Network, which recommended mapping local services not just by availability, but also by effectiveness.

The aim is to create an informal picture of existing pathways so people can be directed to the right support at the right time. The findings will also contribute to wider systems work, strengthening collaboration and improving provision at both regional and Place level.

Organisations can complete the questionnaire in whichever way makes the most sense for their context — whether at service, team, or whole-organisation level. By sharing your reflections, you’ll be helping to identify both where things are working well and where there are gaps.

The deadline for responses is 31 October 2025.
