Time Well Spent: New Workshops

We’re pleased to share the details of Leeds Older People’s Forum’s ‘Time Well Spent’, a three day workshop series designed to support people over 55 as they navigate life’s changes.

The workshops provide space to reflect on transitions such as retirement, changes in working patterns, caring responsibilties, family changes, or bereavement. Participants will explore tools to build resilience, improve wellbeing, and connect with others in a supportive environment.

Workshop dates: 30 September | 7 October | 14 October
Venue: Age UK Leeds, Bradbury Building, Mark Lane, Leeds, LS2 8JA

The programme is LGBTQ+ friendly and welcomes all over 55. Group sizes are small to encourage open discussion and peer support.

We encourage organisations and networks to share this opportunity with anyone who may benefit.
