New MindWell Resource for Men’s Mental Health

MindWell Leeds has launched a new page dedicated to men’s mental health.

The resource highlights some of the pressures that can affect men – from money worries and job stress, to loneliness, family dynamics and physical health. It also signposts to a wide range of support available locally.

Support in Leeds includes:

  • Men’s Health Unlocked (MHU) – a network of support, activities, and community groups for men in Leeds, plus the Let’s Unlock activity directory.

  • Andy’s Man Club – free talking groups for men, running every Monday evening across Leeds.

  • Leeds Dads – playgroups, social events, and parenting support for dads.

  • MHU Booklet – a downloadable guide to services and activities across Leeds.

The page also encourages men to look after their wellbeing through physical activity, connecting with others, and exploring local groups.
