Leeds Recovery College have a number of places left on their upcoming Return to Work course. Please share with any colleagues/networks who may also be interested.

Returning to work after a significant period of time off can be a really worrying time, and evoke a mix of emotions, and understandable so.

In this workshop we will:

• Identify and communicate your needs as you return to work.
• Practice self-compassion during your transition.
• Reflect on personal changes and potential shifts in your workplace, and how to navigate them.

Attending this workshop will allow you to explore these topics to help you prepare to return to work – whatever stage you are at. This retreat is a standalone session. Your attendance of this course is not reported back to a manager but is a space to reflect on your thoughts and feelings and think about how to support your own wellbeing.
