We’re running a survey to better understand how these activities enrich lives and communities—and your insights are invaluable.

• What the creative health sector looks like – the size, shape, locations and types of activity happening
• Communities benefiting from these activities, and some of the impact this work is having
• The strengths and challenges that the sector is experiencing
