Trust Leeds Menopause Day Camp Monday 25th November

We’ve designed a Self-Reliant Group Day Camp specifically for
women who struggle with, and want to learn more about, Menopause.

• A day bringing women together to learn, connect and grow.
• Understand more about Menopause and learn practical things you can
  do to make yourself feel better in a safe and supportive environment.
• Expert NHS support and peer support workshops and activities.
• Experience being part of a self-reliant group for a day and explore the
  option to keep meeting as a group afterwards

Date: 25th November 2024 9.30-2.30pm
(with the option to stay and explore further till 3.30pm)

Location: : Shine, Harehills Road Leeds LS8 5HS

There is no charge to join our Menopause Self-Reliant Group Day Camp, and a
free healthy lunch will be provided.
