About Men’s Health Unlocked

Men’s Health Unlocked (MHU) is a Leeds-wide network supporting men’s health and wellbeing. The network:

  • Connects men to services and support

  • Raises awareness of men’s health issues

  • Delivers men’s health awareness sessions

  • Develops strong networks of organisations across the city

Our aims are to:

  • Be a voice for men

  • Be a voice for the sector

  • Share, learn and promote good practice in men’s health

Together we can continue to raise awareness, share good practice and strengthen support for men’s health across Leeds.
