Workshop 3: Organisational Governance

Explore good governance, the pros and cons of adopting different legal forms, and how embedding community involvement can support long-term success.

Workshop 4: Funding and Finance

Wednesday 12 March 2025, 9.30 am – 1 pm at Bramley Baths, Broad Lane, Bramley, Leeds, LS13 3DF

Learn how to develop the financial elements of your business plan, including sources of grant and investment, income streams and how to communicate financial forecasts.

Workshop 5: Managing Community Assets

Friday 28 March 2025, 9.30 am – 1 pm at Meanwood Community Centre, Stainbeck Avenue, Meanwood, Leeds, LS7 2QU

Learn about the management and maintenance of community assets, including legal responsibilities and managing tenants, activities, and users, delivered in partnership with Leeds Community Spaces.
