Leeds Mind: Shaping the Future of Local Mental Health Support

Leeds Mind have launched a short, anonymous survey to find out what you think mental health services should look like in the coming years. 

Your responses will directly shape Leeds Mind’s future plans and priorities and help to discover what’s missing, what’s working and what needs to change.
