Prepare for the Wage and NI increase – WYCAS Budgeting and Bookkeeping courses

In light of the upcoming rise in employer contributions to national insurance and changes to national living and minimum wage, we’d like to remind you that WYCAS is the Community Accountancy Service for West Yorkshire.

WYCAS help charities and CICs with accounting and financial management and offer reliable advice, tools and training.

See their post detailing the key changes which effect organisations from the Government’s October Budget: WYCAS Update October Budget to make sure you’re up to speed with changes which will take affect in the new financial year from April 2025:

• There are changes to the Government’s National Living /Minimum Wage.

• There will be notable changes to employer’s National Insurance Contributions (NICs) starting in April 2025, along with a significant increase in the Employment Allowance.
