West Yorkshire Health and Care Partnership invite you to the West Yorkshire Community Champions Webinar focussing on the importance of raising awareness about kidney health within communities. It will also serve as a key step in West Yorkshire ICB’s ongoing efforts to engage community champions across the region, who will play a vital role in supporting and promoting kidney disease education within communities, as well as assisting digital inclusion initiatives.

This hour long session will focus on the importance of raising awareness about kidney health within communities.
