Request for Representation from the Third Sector

The Strategic Estates Board in Leeds is one of the City’s enabler Boards.

“Through collaboration and informed decision-making, we will create one, high quality health and care public estate in Leeds.

By working together, we will develop a seamless, efficient environment that supports the  needs of communities, enhances public services, and delivers long-term value and environmental sustainability, advancing the Leeds Health & Care Partnership’s priorities for a better future.”

The Board is looking from representation from across the system to sit on the following workstreams:

Place-based Approach to Finance and Assets

To deliver long-term value for the Leeds pound by considering existing and emerging funding and ownership models in the Leeds context.

Creating a Seamless Estate

To remove financial, lease, digital and access barriers to cross-partnership working, maximise utilisation and make services more accessible.
