The Self Care Exchange returns to Leeds Kirkgate Market on Friday 28 November 2025, 11am–3pm.

Organised by Forum Central and the Leeds Sexual Health VCSE Network, this free event brings together organisations, health professionals and the public to celebrate self-care, connection and community.

Theme: Chronically Online

The 2025 theme explores the role of digital tools in health and wellbeing while recognising the ongoing importance of face-to-face services.

What’s Happening

• Marketplace of stalls showcasing local VCSE health and care organisations.

• Leeds Sexual Health Drop-in (confidential space near the food hall) offering:

  • STI testing (including HIV and Syphilis blood tests)

  • Pregnancy testing

  • Information on PrEP and vaccinations

  • Contraception advice and support

• Opportunities to connect, reflect and celebrate the Leeds health and care community.

• Fresh and authentic food available to purchase from the Kirkgate Market Food Hall.
